The SSC Stenographer Grade C and D Exam has three stages:
- Computer-Based Examination (CBE): Objective test covering Reasoning, General Awareness, and English.
- Skill Test: Stenography speed test (100 wpm for Grade C, 80 wpm for Grade D) with transcription.
