Step 4: As a new user, you have to create your Login ID and then submit it. This is the initial stage, without OTR candidates can proceed to the online application process.

Step 1: After the OTR is complete, proceed and apply for TNPSC Group 4 by visiting https://apply.tnpscexams.in/apply-now?app_id=UElZMDAwMDAwMQ==. There you need to enter your OTR login ID and then log in.

Step 2: Fill in the required details in the form and upload your photo and signature. Provide your communication address details and upload your photo and signature again.

Step 3: Before submitting the form, review all your details.

Step 4: If applicable, pay the fee using a Debit/Credit card, Net Banking, or E-Challan.

Step 5: Click on the submit button, and your form will be successfully submitted.
