Must have passed Intermediate Vocational Multi-Purpose Health Worker (Female) Training Course and have completed one-year clinical training in selected government hospitals in which they have been permitted to undergo clinical training (or) completed one-year apprenticeship training in identified hospitals.

The selection of applicants will be based on 100 points, including:

1. The percentage of marks earned in the written test, which will have multiple-choice questions and be either computer-based or OMR-based, will be worth a maximum of 80 points.
2. Contractual or outsourced service in state government hospitals, institutions, or programs will earn you up to 20 points.

3. For services given outside of tribe regions, you receive 2.6 points each month.
