UP NHM CHO Vacancy 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates who are applying for UP NHM CHO 2024 must have to complete the minimum level of Criteria set by the UP NHM board.

UP NHM CHO Educational Qualification

• BSc (Nursing) with an integrated curriculum of Certificate in Community Health for Nurses (CCHN). or
• Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing) course with an integrated curriculum of Certificate in CommunityHealth for Nurses (CCHN) from the academic year 2020 & onward from an Indian Nursing Council/ State Nursing Council recognized Institute or University.
• Candidate must be registered in UP Nurses & Midwives Council, but candidates having registration in other State Nursing Council as Nurse and Midwife are also eligible to apply.

UP NHM CHO Age Limit

The candidates are required to be in the age group of 21 to 40 years. However, candidates belonging to reserved categories have been provided age relaxation as shown below. Candidate should note that the Date of Birth as recorded in the Matriculation/ Secondary Examination Certificate or an equivalent Certificate only will be accepted by the NHM, UP for determining the age.

UP NHM CHO Vacancy 2024 Selection Process

The UP NHM CHO Recruitment 2024 selection criteria primarily consider the cumulative marks achieved in High School and intermediate, as well as both theoretical and practical aspects of all years in B.Sc. (Nursing) / Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing) examinations. Additionally, applicants are awarded COVID experience weightage, with 85 marks allocated for achievements in High School, Intermediate, and all years of Integrated CCHN B.Sc. Nursing/PB B.Sc. Nursing, and 15 marks attributed to COVID experience.
