UP Police Constable Syllabus 2024
The UP Police Constable exam is conducted by The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB). The UP Police Vacancy has been released for 60244 Constable posts. The UP Police Constable Syllabus includes 5 subjects- General Hindi, General Knowledge, Numerical and Mental Ability Tests, and Mental Aptitude /Intelligence /Reasoning. This will help candidates to get acquainted with the syllabus and strategies for their preparation.

UP Police Constable Selection Process 2024
For the recruitment process, the Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB) will conduct and administer various stages of selection procedure which includes a Written Exam, Physical Test, Medical Examination, and Document Verification. The final selection of the candidates will be done based on the merit list formed after completion of these stages. Check further details below:
- Phase 1: Computer-Based Recruitment Exam (CBRE): This is the first stage of the examination. The mode of the exam is online and the total mark is 300. The questions asked in this exam is MCQ-based. This stage is qualifying in nature and those who qualify will be called for PET/PST
- Phase 2: Physical Standard Test/Physical Efficiency Test (PST/PMT): Those who qualify the 1st stage will have to appear for the PST/PET which is conducted to assess the Physical Fitness and strength for the job role of a Constable. It is important to qualify the stage.
- Phase 3: Document Verification: During stage, PET/PST qualified candidates will be called for Document Verification where their original documents will be evaluated and verified.
- Stage 4: Medical Examination: This stage is conducted to examine the health of the candidates.
- Stage 5: Final Merit List: After conducting all the stages, a final merit list will be prepared based on the performance in the above stages.
UP Police Constable Exam Pattern 2024
The UP Police Constable Exam 2024 will be an objective-based written test. There are also four stages in the Selection Procedure of the UP Police Constable. The written exam is the first stage of the recruitment process after that Document verification, Physical Standard Test (PST) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET).
