- अर्जदार यांनी वकिली व्यवसायाची सनद धारण केलेली असावी.
- अर्जदाराचा वकिली व्यवसायाचा वरिल तक्त्याप्रमाणे अनुभव आवश्यक राहील.
- अर्जदारास मराठी, हिंदी व इंग्रजी भाषेचे ज्ञान असणे आवश्यक आहे.
- जिल्हा परिषद पॅनलवर यापूर्वी काम केलेल्या वकीलांनी नव्याने अर्ज सादर करणे आवश्यक असून त्यांचेकडे यापूर्वी सोपविण्यांत आलेल्या न्यायालयीन प्रकरणांचे निकाल जिल्हा परिषदेच्या बाजूने किती प्रमाणामध्ये झालेले आहेत याबाबतचा सविस्तर तपशिल अर्जासोबत सादर करावा.
- जाहिरातीमध्ये नमूद केल्याप्रमाणे न्यायालय निहाय वकिलांची नेमणूक करावयाची असल्याने इच्छुक अर्जदारांनी ज्या ठिकाणी काम करण्यास इच्छूक आहे त्याप्रमाणे न्यायालय निहाय स्वतंत्ररित्या अर्ज सादर करणे आवश्यक आहे. तथापि एकापेक्षा अधिक न्यायालयासाठी निवड केली जाणार नाही.
