BSE Odisha 10th Board Exam Pattern: The Board of Secondary Education (BSE), Odisha on Wednesday announced major changes in the conduct of BSE Odisha 10th Board matriculation examination. BSE President, Ramasish Hazra said that two summative examinations were conducted in BSE Odisha 10th Board for the past two years. Now the BSE Odisha 10th Board or the matriculation examination will be conducted annually, once a year, he informed.

BSE Odisha 10th Board New Exam Pattern: There will be two Formative Assessments and one Term-end examination in each term. The syllabus has been designed for four quarters accordingly. Questions of Term-end examinations (Summative Assessment-I & II) will be from the portion of the syllabus outlined in term-wise breakup of the syllabus which will be approximately 50% of the total syllabus. Internal Assessment will remain the same as earlier with four formative assessments and in addition to that aspirational component will be clubbed and marks will be given to students. These marks will be included in the total 600 marks. Out of 120 marks, each subject has been assigned 20 marks.
