Finance Minister of Odisha Niranjan Pujari presented Odisha Budget 2023 total allocation of 2.30 Lakh Crore which is 15% higher than the Odisha Budget 2022. The vision of the Odisha Govt. is “New Odisha – Empowered Odisha” to achieve rapid and inclusive growth through the development of Human Resources and capital assets for long-term Economic Growth.

1. 32,748.82 Cr Grants from the Centre which is 14.24% of the Total Budget for 2023-24
2. 45,500 Cr Capital Receipts which is 19.78% of the Total Budget for 2023-24
3. 52,500 Cr Own Non-Tax Revenue which is 22.83% of the Total Budget for 2023-24
4. 53,000 Cr Own Tax Revenue which is 23.04% of the Total Budget for 2023-24
5. 46,251.18 Cr Shared in Central Tax which is 20.11% of the Total Budget for 2023-24
