Union Minister of Youth Affairs and Sports Anurag Singh Thakur announced on 20 October 2022 that the fifth Khelo India Youth Games-2023 will be held in Madhya Pradesh.

The Sainik Board will be set up in South West, East, North West and Central district of Delhi.
