GNDU Syllabus and Exam Pattern ਇਸ ਟੇਬਲ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਪੇਪਰ ਦੇ ਪੈਟਰਨ ਨੂੰ ਵੇਖ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ। ਜੋ ਕਿ 100 ਨੰਬਰ ਦਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। GNDU ਵਿੱਚ Vacancy ਦਾ ਪੇਪਰ ਲਿਖਿਤੀ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ (80 Marks) ਦਾ ਪੇਪਰ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਕੁਝ Vacancy ਵਿੱਚ Practical (20 Marks) ਦਾ ਵੀ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਪੇਪਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ Negative Marking ਨਹੀ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ।

To qualify for Theory and Practical Test, the candidate will have to secure at least 50% marks separately. 40 marks out of 80 marks in Theory and 10 marks out of 20 marks in Practical Test. However, the merit will be prepared out of 100 marks including both Theory and Practical Tests. Only those candidates who qualify for the Theory paper will be called for the practical Test.

GNDU Syllabus Clerk-cum Data Entry Operator : Qualifying Paper
ਗਰੁੱਪ-ਸੀ ਵਰਗ ਦੀ ਅਸਾਮੀ ਲਈ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ (ਮੈਟਿਕ ਪੱਧਰ) ਦੇ ਟੈਸਟ ਲਈ ਹਦਾਇਤਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਿਲੇਬਸ
1. ਇਸ ਟੈਸਟ ਵਿੱਚ 50 objective type ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ ਹੋਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਹਰੇਕ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ ਇੱਕ-ਇੱਕ ਅੰਕ ਦਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।
2. ਇਸ ਟੈਸਟ ਵਿੱਚ Negative marking ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ।
3. ਇਸ ਟੈਸਟ ਦਾ ਕੁੱਲ ਸਮਾਂ 50 ਮਿੰਟ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।
4. ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਦਾ ਟੈਸਟ ਘੱਟੋ-ਘੱਟ 50% ਅੰਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਪਾਸ ਕਰਨਾ ਲਾਜਮੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਸੋ, ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਟੈਸਟ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਘੱਟੋਂ-ਘੱਟ 25 ਅੰਕ ਲੈਣੇ ਲਾਜ਼ਮੀ ਹੋਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰਾਂ ਦੇ 25 ਅੰਕਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਘੱਟ ਅੰਕ ਹੋਣਗੇ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਅਸਾਮੀ ਲਈ disqualify ਸਮਝਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।

| CLERK-CUM-JUNIOR DATA ENTRY OPERATOR | 1. There will be two papers comprising 100 marks as under : Written – 80 marks Theory Practical – 20 marks 2. The theory paper will consist of 80 objective-type questions with multiple choice. There shall be no negative marking. 3. To qualify for Theory and Practical Test, the candidate will have to secure at least 50%4. The theory paper will be set out of the syllabus prescribed for the Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA) of Guru Nanak Dev University. |
1. Merit will be prepared out of 100 marks including both Theory and Practical Tests. Only those candidates who qualify for the Theory paper will be called for the practical Test.
2. The theory paper will be set out of the syllabus prescribed for the Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA) of Guru Nanak Dev University.
The Practical consisting of the following will be conducted by a Board of Examiners:
(i) Entering of Award List – Duration 10 minutes – 6 marks.
(ii) English typing on a computer – Duration 10 minutes – 7 marks
(iii) Punjabi typing on a computer – Duration 10 minutes – 7 marks Typing paragraphs will consist of 200 words each.
3. Candidates who commit 15 or more mistakes in either of parts (i), (ii), or (iii) above will be awarded zero marks in that part. An untyped portion of the para will be counted as a mistake.
4. The marks of practical will be computed by deducting one mark for every three mistakes.
