MBSPSU Clerk Selection Process 2023 Written Exam

MBSPSU Clerk Selection Process: The first stage of MBSPSU Clerk is written exam. For MBSPSU Clerk Selection Process Candidates will go for Objective Type Written Test. Candidates of each category are required to score at least 40 percent marks in this written test to pass. MBSPSU Clerk Selection Process will have total questions from 6 different subjects. Candidates will be shortlisted for the post of Clerk based on their performance in two phases.

This time, a written paper in Punjabi language will also be taken for those who are in Group (C) exams. Which will be 50 marks in total, there will be no negative marking. Must have at least 50 percent marks in it. Only then will your second paper be considered.

MBSPSU Clerk 2023: The second stage of the MBSPSU Clerk Selection Process is the Typing Test Exam. No marks are attached to this exam, it is mandatory to pass this exam.

Among the candidates who have passed the written test (candidates securing at least 50% marks) as per the decision taken by the competent authority, the selected number of candidates will be called for typing test in English and Punjabi at a speed of 30 words per minute. Candidates will be given one to two months time to prepare for typing test. If you fail in either Punjabi or English typing paper then you will not be considered further in the merit list.

You have to prepare your typing. Typing test of English and Punjabi will be conducted on computer. Punjabi type test will be conducted in Unicode Compliant Font Raavi. Out of the candidates passed in the type test, the number of candidates will be called for counselling, as decided by the competent authority.
If there is any issue regarding equality of merit in the written examination, then the date of birth of the candidates with equal marks will be considered and the merit of the older candidate will be considered higher.
If the candidates with equal merit are also found to be equal in age according to the date of birth, then considering the percentages of educational qualification demanded by the candidate in this regard, the merit of the candidate securing more marks will be considered.
And if the dispute of equality of marks is not resolved in both the above situations, then finally considering the matriculation marks, the merit of the candidate with higher marks in matriculation will be considered higher.
Sometimes it also happens that the seats of some categories are left vacant or the general seats are not filled, in this case the seats will be divided into categories.
