A candidate is required to qualify both Phase-I and Phase-II exam to get a chance to sit for the interview process. The merit list is prepared in the descending order of the marks obtained by candidates after the interview process is complete. The final selection is based on how well you do in your interview.
Result of Phase-I exam: Phase-I exam is an important phase of examination that is necessary for every applicant to take if he/she is planning on joining Reserve Bank of India. The RBI Grade-B result of Phase-I examination will be declared once the exam for the same has been conducted.
Result of Phase-II exam: After the Phase-I exam has been conducted and results are announced for the same, admit card for the mains exam will be declared for Mains Exam. After the exam has been conducted, results for the same will be declared by RBI.
Interview Process: Candidates who clear both Phase-I and Phase-II of the RBI Grade B examination are further called for interview process. This is an important stage in the final selection of the candidate for the post of Grade B Officer in Reserve Bank of India.
Final Selection: The final selection of a candidate is based on his/her performance in the Interview Round of RBI Grade B exam. The result for the final selection is declared in the form of a merit list.
The marks of Phase II and Interview will be considered in the final result. The sequence of result declaration includes: Phase 1 Result --> Phase 2 Result --> Interview
In relation to communication of result, the Board's decision shall be final and binding on the candidates and no correspondence shall be entertained in this regard. The result update may also be informed through SMS and/or Email.
As informed through the official notification, the Phase 2 exam will be conducted on 1st and 2nd December 2019, only for the candidates who are shortlisted on the basis of results of Phase 1.
