The National Law University of Delhi released the AILET Application 2025 on August 1, 2024. AILET Application Form 2025

The National Law University Delhi is taking the AILET application form 2025 from August 1, 2024, online via nationallawuniversitydelhi.in. Candidates must create a candidate account with their correct name, email address, mobile number, educational information, and other information for registration.

After finishing the AILET registration, users must log in again with their ID and password and fill out the AILET 2025 application form. The AILET exam date is already announced which will be held on December 8, 2024. Students who qualify for the exam get admission to India;s one of the top National Law Universities – NLU Delhi.

AILET exam is conducted offline once in a year. This entrance test is solely administered for admission to BA LLB (Hons), LLM, and PhD courses offered at NLU Delhi. Candidates who want to apply for the AILET 2025 exam must know the eligibility requirements for LLM, llb and PhD courses.

BA LLB (Hons.) Courses: (5-year or 3-year LLB Degree)

• Candidates must have completed 10+2 from a recognized state or central board.
• They require a minimum of 45% in the qualifying exam.
• Candidates in Class 12 can also apply for the AILET 2025. They will need their Class 12 final mark sheets for AILET counseling.
• The qualifying score for SC/ST candidates is 40%.

LLM Courses: (Master’s Degree in Law)

• A minimum of 50% in the qualifying degree is required for general category candidates.
• Reserved categories typically receive a mark relaxation, with SC/ST/PWD candidates needing to score 45% or above.
• Students in the final year of their LLB program can also apply for the AILET 2025 LLM test.
• They must have their final mark sheets for AILET counselling.

PhD in law

• To apply for the AILET PhD in Law, candidates must have scored at least 55% on the qualifying exam.

Step 1: To fill out the application form for AILET 2025, follow the steps below:
Step 2: Visit the official website of NLU, DElhi, nationallawuniversitydelhi.in.
Step 3: Search for the direct link and click the registration link.
Step 4: Enter your basic contact information, such as your name, date of birth, gender, and address.
Step 5: By enrolling for AILET, you will be assigned a login ID/username and password.
Step 6: To log in, use the generated username and password.
Step 7: Now, complete the AILET application form 2025. Verify all of the information entered.
Step 8: Upload a passport-sized photo and a scanned copy of your signature.
Step 9: Pay the AILET application fees and complete the form.

Direct admission (Merit Based)

• BA LLB Programme: 10 seats (5 each for foreign nationals and OCI/PIO).
• LLM Programme: 10 seats (5 each for foreign nationals and OCI/PIO).
• PhD Programme: two seats (direct entry to foreign nationals based on research proposals).

Note – Foreign nationals/OCI/PIO are exempt from the AILET exam.
