AILET 2024 Exam Day Guidelines: The AILET 2024 exam is scheduled for tomorrow, December 10, 2023, and hence the NLU Delhi released the exam day guidelines for this national-level law entrance exam. Every aspirant who is going to appear for the AILET 2024 exam must go through the guidelines issued by NLU Delhi. The exam day guidelines are a set of instructions that every candidate must adhere to during the examination. The exam day guidelines also mention the important things that a student must carry on their exam day and the list of items that students should not carry. AILET 2024 is going to be conducted in offline mode from 11 AM to 1 PM on December 10.

AILET 2024 Exam Day Instructions

1) The candidates are not allowed to carry any communication devices like cell phone or any other electronic gadgets like digital watches, mobile phone, bluetooth, earphones, pager, health band, calculator etc in the examination hall.

2) Candidates are allowed to carry only the following items to the examination hall

• Blue/ Black Ball Point Pen o Admit Card
• Any valid Photo I.D. Proof/ Adhaar Card/Recent School ID card etc.
• Transparent Water Bottle

3) Candidates must reach the test centre well in time before 1 hour to identify the seating place and avoid crowding at a particular location.

4) The instructions on the Question Booklet and on the OMR Response sheet are clearly visible to the candidate through the plastic cover. The candidates are required to read them before the commencement of the test at 11:00 am. The candidates can only open the plastic packet exactly at 11:00 am.

5) At 1 pm, all the candidates will have to stop writing and return the OMR Response Sheets to the invigilator.

AILET 2024 Exam Day Guidelines – Exam Day Timings

AILET 2024 General Guidelines for Exam Day

• Applicants must arrive at the testing location at least one hour before the test begins.
• After 15 minutes of the commencement of the exam, candidates won’t be allowed back into the exam room.
• Examinees are not permitted to bring communication equipment or technological gadgets into the test room that could give them an unfair advantage, such as cell phones, digital watches, calculators, earbuds, and the like. Analog watches, however, are permitted inside the hallway.
• Only the following items are permitted to be carried by candidates: face mask, sanitizer, transparent water bottle, blue or black ballpoint pen, admit card, and legitimate form of identification.
• Candidates must not talk to the candidates in the exam hall
• Any form of canvassing can lead to the expulsion of candidates

AILET 2024 Exam Day Question paper Guidelines

The important question paper guidelines to be observed by the candidates on the exam day is given below.

• The test booklet will have 150 multiple-choice questions in the English language, in accordance with the AILET 2024 exam pattern. There will be 150 marks in the AILET exam. Each right response receives one mark, while each incorrect response receives a deduction of 0.25 points.
• Candidates should attentively read through all of the question booklet’s pages before starting to respond. They can ask the invigilator for a replacement page with a fresh set of questions and an OMR sheet if any are broken or improperly printed.
• At the last page of the question booklet, there is space for rough work. Candidates should only do their preliminary work in this area.
