The Dr A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow, holds semester-wise examinations every six months, with even and odd semesters. The AKTU Result 2024 will be released separately for both Even and Odd Semesters for the MBA, MCA, B.Tech, B.Pharm, and other courses.

The first, third, fifth, and seventh semester exams were held in January and February, and the AKTU results for the odd semester will be released in July 2025.
