Step 1: Visit the official website of the Central Board of Secondary Education i.e. cbse.gov.in.
Step 2: After landing on the homepage, click on the Pariksha Sangam tab as shown in the image below.

Step 3: Following the New page, Click on the Tab labeled School or Ganga.
Step 4: On the dashboard, now go to the Exam Reference Material, and then click on the Circulars 2024 drop-down menu
Step 5: Under the section circulars 2024, Click on the notice link named “Date sheet for Class X and XII for Board Examinations – 2025”

Step 5: Click on the link and the CBSE Date Sheet 2025 PDF will start downloading to your device.
Step 6: You may now print the class 10 or 12 timetable on A4 pages as per your requirements.

CBSE Board Exam 2025 – Timings

The CBSE board exams typically begin with students arriving at the exam site by 9:30 a.m. Answer sheets are distributed at 10:00 a.m., followed by question papers at 10:15 a.m. Students are then allowed 15 minutes to read the paper, from 10:15 to 10:30 a.m. The exam officially begins at 10:30 a.m. and runs until 1:30 p.m.

For a few elective Subject exams, the timings may be shortened by one hour, from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM. Students should arrive on time to avoid last-minute stress and ensure they are completely prepared for the exam.

CBSE Admit Card 2025

CBSE 10th and 12th Admit Card 2025 is an essential document for CBSE Board Exams that students must bring to the exam center. Typically, the Board publishes admit cards for Classes 10, and 12 in January. However, with the early release of CBSE Date Sheet 2025, students can anticipate the release of CBSE Admit Card 2025 sooner than usual.

The board will issue CBSE Class 10 and 12 Admit Cards 2025 online through school logins at cbse.gov.in. To appear for the Board Exams, students must get their CBSE hall tickets 2025 from their respective institutions.

How Many Students Will Appear in CBSE Board Exam 2024-25

For the current academic year, around 22 lakh students have successfully registered to take the Secondary Examinations, while approximately 18 lakh students will sit the Senior Secondary Examinations. The CBSE class 10 and 12 board exams will be held in 8,000 schools across India and 26 other countries. This year, the CBSE has mandated that all exam rooms be equipped with CCTV cameras. This step attempts to promote transparency and avoid cheating during exams.

The CBSE administers compartment examinations to students who are unable to pass the annual regular exams. The compartment exams are administered shortly after the regular results are announced.
