Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is all set to provide a mental health workshop for students on February 12. Students can join that mental health and well-being workshop by registering themselves from the CBSE’s official website at cbse.gov.in. This Mental Soundness Session 2025 by the CBSE Board is open to registered students, principals, counselors, and wellness instructors from CBSE-affiliated schools in the Delhi/NCR region. CBSE Provides a Mental Health Workshop for Students

The CBSE Mental Heath Workshop 2025 official announcement stated that, “To strengthen these critical skills, CBSE is organizing an offline Workshop on Promoting Student Mental Health and Well-Being for Principals, Counsellors, and Wellness Teachers of CBSE-affiliated schools in the Delhi/NCR region. This unique session will teach participants practical ways to identify mental health difficulties and provide effective psychological care to students”.

Meanwhile, the CBSE Class 10 and 12 board exam 2025 will resume on February 15, 2025. The CBSE admit card 2025 for Regular and Private candidates for the Class 10 and 12 examinations has been announced and is available on the CBSE’s official website. Where will the Mental Heath Sessions be Conducted?

Date – The programme will take place on February 12
Timing – from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. (Attendees must come by 9.30 a.m. in the morning to complete pre-workshop requirements).
