The highly anticipated CBSE Date Sheet 2025 Class 10th and 12th board examination is now out. The Central Board of Secondary Education has uploaded the CBSE Date Sheet 2024-25 PDF on the official website at cbse.gov.in. As per the timetable, both the class 10th and 12th exams are scheduled to be started from February 15, 2025.

The CBSE Board Exam Date sheet 2025 states that Class 10th exams will held over a span of 32 days and end on March 18. CBSE Date Sheet 2025 Out

Students are informed that CBSE has announced the CBSE date Sheet 2025 for the 10th and 12th board exams 86 days before exams start. For the current academic year, around 22 lakh students have successfully registered to take the CBSE Class 10 Exams, while around 18 lakh students will take the Class 12 Exams. The board informed that the CBSE class 10 and class 12 board exams will be held at 8,000 schools in India and 26 other countries abroad.

The Class 10th and 12th date sheets for the CBSE Board Practical Exams has been released earlier for Winter Bound as well as other CBSE Affiliated Schools. Most schools will begin practical exams on January 1, 2025, whereas winter-affected districts will start on November 5 and end on December 5, 2024.

How to download CBSE Academic Date sheet 2024-25?

Candidates will be able to download the official PDF by following the below-mentioned steps.

Step 1: Visit the official website of the Central Board of Secondary Education- cbse.gov.in and cbseacademic.nic.in.
Step 2: On the homepage, find and click on the link that mentions the “CBSE 12th Date sheet 2025” for class 12 or “CBSE 10th Date sheet 2025” for class 10.
Step 3: A PDF version of the CBSE date sheet appears on the screen separately for that particular class.

CBSE Board Date sheet 2024- 2025 for Practical Exams

CBSE 10th 12th Board Exam dates for the practical exams have been announced. According to the CBSE Practical Exam Dates 2025, the Class 10 and 12 practical exams and internal assessments will be held from November 5 to December 5, 2024, for winter-bound institutions. Other CBSE-affiliated institutions across the country will commence practical tests from January 1, 2025.

CBSE practical exams will be held at students’ schools, although all school authorities should follow the CBSE board exam schedule. It must be noted that Class 12 will have an external examiner visit schools for practical tests, while Class 10 practical will only be administered in the presence of school teachers.

CBSE Board Exam Timings

The Exam timing and duration of each paper will be clearly mentioned on the CBSE Date sheet as well as in the candidate’s hall ticket. The CBSE Board Exam timing is highly dependent on the subject’s pattern and total marks.

The CBSE generally conducts exams exclusively in the morning shift which begins at 10:30 a.m. and ends at 01:30 p.m. for a duration of 3 hours. On the other hand, some exams of the elective subjects begin at 10:30 a.m. but end at 12:30 p.m. a duration of 2 hours.
