Chaudhary Charan University, often known as CCS University, is a well-known university in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. It is considered the oldest university in the state, having been established in 1965. The morning shift or Shift-1 is from Time 10:00 Α.Μ. tο 01:00 Ρ.Μ.)  whereas the afternoon shift or Shift-II is from 02:00 Ρ.Μ. Το 05:00 Р.М.
