The Centre for Development of Advanced Computing, popularly known C-DAC, has announced the CDAC C-CAT results 2025. The CDAC Common Admission Test (C-CAT) 2025 results has been released on the official website: cdac.in today on January 24, 2025. Each section of the C-CAT consisted of 50 multiple-choice questions, with four answer options for each question, only one of which was correct. Candidates received +3 marks for each correct answer, -1 mark for each incorrect answer, and 0 marks for questions that were not attempted. The highest possible score a candidate could achieve in any section of the C-CAT is 150 marks.

CDAC C-CAT Result 2025 Ranking

The CDAC allocates ranking to candidates based on their performance in CDAC Common Admission Test. Check the ranking criteria below.

• Candidates are assigned ranks according to their performance in Section A, as well as in the combined sections A+B and A+B+C.
• Those who qualify in more than one section will obtain multiple ranks.
• The bottom 10% of candidates will be disqualified
• Any candidates who score zero or below after the lowest ranks are eliminated, will also be disqualified.

What After CDAC C-CAT Results 2025

Candidates who achieve scores above the qualifying marks in CDAC C-CAT 2025 result are eligible to take part in the CDAC C-CAT counselling and seat allocation process for 2025. After the results now, the lock-in period will be activated during which candidates are required to register and finalize their preferences for courses and training centers.

Seat allocation will be determined by the preferences selected by candidates in their form and the rank obtained by them in the CDAC C-CAT results 2025. Admissions will be influenced by three key factors: the ranks achieved in the results, the preferred courses, and the chosen training centers.

According to the official schedule, the initial seat allocation list will be released on January 31, 2025. The deadline for paying the seat allocation fee is February 6, 2025. The PG Diploma programs are set to start on February 25 and will end on August 11, 2025.
