CLAT Question Paper Design

The CLAT Exam Pattern and Syllabus for the Common Law Admission Test (UG) will be released soon by the Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) for this year. According to the CLAT Exam Pattern, the number of questions in the CLAT UG examination  will be 120 instead of 150 starting form last year. These questions will be divided into the following 5 subjects:. English Language ,Current Affairs, including General Knowledge, Legal Reasoning, Logical Reasoning, Quantitative Techniques The CLAT will consist of 120 multiple-choice questions, each worth one mark, and will last two hours. A 0.25-point deduction is also applied for each wrong response.

The CLAT question paper for the UG Course will only be available in the English language.

CLAT Paper Structure for PG

Just like its UG counterpart, the CLAT PG Exam will be conducted for 120 marks. The CLAT PG question paper will consist of two sections. Every correct response will fetch one mark while a wrong answer will deduct 0.25 marks from the total. The detailed CLAT PG Exam Pattern is tabulated hereunder.

The Consortium of NLUs has released the CLAT Question Paper 2023 PDF with the answer key. Initial student feedback described the clat paper 2023 as simple to moderate in terms of overall difficulty. A total of 150 questions in five categories—English Language, Current Affairs, Legal Reasoning, Logical Reasoning, and Quantitative Techniques—were required of candidates.
