The National Testing Agency (NTA) is all set to conduct the CMAT 2025 Exam tomorrow on January 25, 2025 (Saturday). On the exam day, NTA expects candidates to follow the Common Management Admission Test 2025 exam day guidelines seriously. CMAT 2025 Exam Day Guidelines
The CMAT exam day guidelines issued by the NTA notifies students about the important documents that they should carry on the exam day along with items allowed and not allowed in the exam to have a smooth exam experience. The CMAT 2025 exam will be held in two sessions. Additionally, candidates should develop a strategy for each section to optimize their performance.
The CMAT 2025 first shift exam will begin at 9 AM while the 2nd Shift exam will begin at 3 PM. The CMAT exam is held for 3 hours. Check the official exam schedule below.

CMAT Exam Day Guidelines 2025
On the day of the CMAT exam, make sure to arrive at the exam center at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled exam time. Bring your CMAT admit card, a valid photo identification, and a recent passport-sized photo. Leave your personal items outside the examination room.
Only use permitted items such as a pen and pencil. Adhere to all directions given by the exam personnel. Refrain from speaking or causing distractions to others during the exam. Remain calm and concentrate on your test. Check important guidelines below.
Reach the Exam Center Early: Candidates should reach the exam canter on or before the reporting time. Candidates must make sure to arrive at the center at least 30 minutes before the exam to avoid any last minute stress
Bring your Admit Card: Candidates must bring their CMAT 2025 admit card on the exam day. Without it, they will not be allowed to enter the exam hall even if their roll number is mentioned in the exam center list.
Bring Other Necessary Documents: All CMAT candidates are required to bring a valid photo ID and two passport-sized photos to the exam center for verification upon entering the exam hall. They should make sure that the name and other information on the ID match those on the admit card. Valid IDs are PAN card, Voter ID card, Passport, Driving License, Aadhaar Card With photograph, E- Aadhaar card, Ration Card.
CMAT 2025 Dress Code: Dress in comfortable, simple cloth. DO not wear any jewelry, watches, or accessories that might slow down security procedures. Do not wear cloth with large buttons. Religious Dresses like Turban, Hijab, etc. are allowed.
Obey Exam Invigilator: Pay close attention to the invigilator’s directions and adhere to all regulations to guarantee a seamless exam experience.
Remain Calm and Composed: Remain composed and attentive. Use your time effectively and approach each question thoughtfully.
CMAT 2025 Exam Day Guidelines: Prohibited Items
Candidates should refrain from bringing any prohibited items into the CMAT exam hall. To prevent distractions and delays, limit your belongings. The only essentials for the exam center are your CMAT admit card and a photo ID. Items that are not allowed include mobile phones, Bluetooth devices, slide rules, notebooks, pagers, books, calculators, wristwatches, and other electronic devices.
CMAT 2025 Exam Day Guidelines: Do’s and Don’ts
- Candidates must remain in the exam hall until the CMAT exam is officially over, as stated by the invigilator.
- Any acts of cheating or use of dishonest methods are considered serious offenses and could lead to immediate disqualification from the exam.
- Do not talk to any other candidate in the exam hall
