• Candidates under the General Merit category must achieve a minimum overall score of 45% (40% for SC, ST, and OBC candidates from Karnataka State) in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, and must have passed each subject separately.
• Physics and Mathematics are mandatory subjects alongside one optional subject: Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, Computer Science, or Electronics. Nonetheless, any modifications to the eligibility requirements set by the AICTE/VTU will be implemented.
• A participation in the COMEDK UGET Entrance Test for admission to Engineering programs is deemed sufficient for inclusion in the rank list.
• Diploma candidates cannot take the Entrance Test since lateral entry admissions are not available in this exam.
