CSEET Syllabus
The CSEET syllabus 2024 is designed to assess candidates’ expertise in important facets of business communication and fundamentals of English grammar. Candidates are recommended to review the curriculum in order to secure good scores before the exam if they are studying for it. The CSEET syllabus is broken down into four papers: business communication, legal aptitude and logical reasoning, economic and business environment, current affairs, and presentation and communication skills.
However, there will be 35 questions on each of the first three papers in the CSEET Syllabus and Exam Pattern, and there will be 15 questions on the fourth exam on current events. Candidates must receive at least 50% overall and 40% on each paper out of a possible 200 marks in order to be considered successful.

CSEET Exam Pattern 2024
The CSEET exam pattern 2024 is prescribed by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). The exam pattern specifies the number of questions, section names, and marking scheme for the CSEET exam. Candidates studying for the CSEET 2023 exam should review the exam pattern before designing a study strategy.
- The Institute will administer an Objective Type / Multiple Choice CS Executive Entrance Test. \Questions and vivas to assess listening, writing communication, and oral communication abilities.
- The Exam will be a computer-based test (CBT) that lasts for 120 minutes, with a 15-minute viva voce on Presentation and Communication Skills at designated test centers.
- Each paper will comprise Objective Type / Multiple Choice Questions with one or two marks each and four options with a single correct response.
- There is no Negative marking in the CSEET Exam.

The CS Executive Entrance Test will consist of four papers. Each paper is associated with a distinct domain with distinct Marks. The four papers covered by the CSEET syllabus are listed in the table below.

CSEET Viva Voce Exam
The following are the important points for the Viva Voce Exam of ICSI CSEET Exam:
- The Company Secretary test is scored mainly on the candidate’s communication and presenting skills.
- The CSEET 2023 Viva Voice will be worth 30 points.
- The examination is 15 minutes long.
- This test will be delivered concurrently/immediately after the CSEET 2023 CBT using Artificial Intelligence (AI) or previously recorded videos at the approved centres.
