The result for Class 9 admission at the prestigious School of Specialised Excellence, formally Dr. B R Ambedkar Schools of Specialised Excellence, for the exam held in January 2024 is live now. Admission to STEM courses will be based only on written tests.

Delhi SoSE Class 9 Result 2024: Admission Policy
The admission policy for different subjects offered under SoSE schools is given hereunder.
ASoSE Humanities: The written test and group discussion will be weighted 70:30, respectively. Selected students will now have to engage in the group discussion (GD) round, which will last 15-20 minutes. There will be at least 8 students in each GD. Each student will have 4-5 minutes to make opening and closing speeches, with the remaining 7-12 minutes for open discussion. Group discussions will include modern concerns such as climate change, free energy, the odd-even rule for reducing air pollution, public transit, Digital India, the impact of social media, the role of technology, and artificial intelligence.
High-End 21st Century Skills: Written exams, project work, and interviews will all have equal weightage. In the second phase, selected candidates will be assigned project work that must be completed within 3-5 days. Those that qualify in round 2 will be required to attend an in-person interview at their chosen university.
