CLAT and LSAT Exam Differences Based on Eligibility Criteria

- CLAT LLB Course requires a 10+2 marks average of 45%, 40% for reserved candidates. where the minimum LSAT score required for undergraduate and postgraduate degrees differs according to the institute to which you are applying.

CLAT vs LSAT – Which is More Difficult?
If you have made up your mind to crack any of these exams then -which is more difficult CLAT or LSAT doesn’t matter. - Exam Timing – In the CLAT exam, 2 hours are given to answer 120 multiple-choice questions. On the other hand, the LSAT India exam is a little simpler because it will give you 2 hr 20 minutes to solve fewer questions than CLAT but still difficult.
- Level of Difficulty – The recent LSAT India January paper was moderately difficult. The analytical thinking component was the most difficult, while the reading comprehension section was the easiest, despite being somewhat long.
- The disadvantage of Negative Marking – LSAT has no negative marking whereas in CLAT you can’t do any guesswork, as there are 0.25 negative marks.
- Competition – Almost 70,000 students appear in the CLAT exam every year, whereas only 10,000 students appear in the LSAT exam yearly.
Which Exam Should I take CLAT or LSAT?
If you excel in a variety of speed and accuracy with good subject knowledge in 5 sections, CLAT may be a suitable fit for you. If you excel at reading comprehension, analytical reasoning, and logical reasoning, the LSAT India may be a better option for your selection.
