- Once you submit your application form, ensure that you create and download the confirmation page. The withdrawal of fees from bank accounts does not serve as evidence of payment and must be validated by the confirmation page. After submission, applications cannot be rescinded, and any exam fee paid will not be returned or applied to a later examination.
- Retain details such as the names of parents and candidates with accurate spellings, class 12 admit card containing a photograph, election card with EPIC number, passport number, Aadhar card, ration card number, bank account number, other legitimate government identity card number, date of birth, address, mobile number, email ID, etc. Review the sample application form provided in Appendix-XV of the information bulletin prior to completing the form.
- The applicants must provide any one of the identity details listed here: For Indian Nationals (Class 12 Admit Card, Aadhaar Card, Election Card (EPIC No.), Ration Card, Bank Account Passbook with Photograph, Passport Number or Number of any other Photo Identity Card issued by Government), For NRIs (Passport Number), For OCI/Foreign Nationals (Passport Number / Citizenship Certificate Number)
- Prepare the following scanned images in the specified format: Most recent passport-sized photo in JPG/JPEG format (size: 10 kb to 200 kb), Signature scan in JPG/JPEG format (size: 10 kb to 50 kb), Impressions of fingers and thumbs from both hands in JPG/JPEG format (size: 10 kb to 200 kb), PDF format of PwD/PwBD certificate, if relevant (file size: 50 kb to 300 kb), Citizenship Certificate/ Embassy Certificate or any documentary evidence of citizenship in PDF format, if relevant (file size: 50 kb to 300 kb)
- Candidates are required to provide the full correspondence and permanent address, including the pin code, email address, and mobile number. The mobile number and email ID must belong solely to the candidate or their parent’s guardian.
- Refrain from providing the address and contact information (phone number/email) of coaching centers, internet cafes, etc.
- Refrain from submitting the application form in person, as it will not be accepted.
- Applicants are not required to submit the confirmation page of the application form to the NTA. Nonetheless, maintain at least four duplicates of the confirmation page and the payment proof for future use.
- If you are a candidate from the UT of Ladakh and Jammu & Kashmir, you must submit an online self-declaration for the 15 percent All India quota seats.
