The Non-Collegiate Women’s Education Board was founded by the University of Delhi in 1943 to offer exam opportunities and special coaching for women students who do not attend regular classes. The board began operating in 1944 and offers courses in BA Program, BCom, MA, and MSc Mathematics exclusively to female students living near NCT of Delhi, with approximately 50 teaching days annually.

Through NCWEB, numerous young women, who are unable to enroll in a traditional college for different reasons, to participate in classes on Weekends and during academic breaks to earn an Undergraduate Degree from the prestigious University of Delhi. Nevertheless, Non-Collegiate students are prohibited from enrolling in any additional full-time courses. Admission takes place only through the DU NCWEB cut off list.
