The Goa Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) has initiated the GCET 2023 registration process on their official website. The Goa Common Entrance Test (GCET 2023) application form filling process was started on Monday, April 10th.
GCET Registration
The GCET 2023 Registration deadline is April 20, 2023. Interested and eligible aspirants should apply from the official website at –goacet.in. To apply for the GCET test, aspirants must submit a Rs 2,000 GCET 2023 application fee.
GCET 2023 Exam
The GCET entrance exam will be held on May 13 and 14, according to the DTE timetable. The Goa CET 2023 Result is expected to be announced on May 22, 2023. Eligible students are requested to apply for the Goa Common Entrance Test at goacet.in, the GCET 2023 official website. The Goa Common Entrance Test (Goa CET) is a state-level entrance exam administered by DTE Goa for admission to professional degree courses in Engineering offered at various colleges throughout Goa. Physics, chemistry, and mathematics will be covered in the GCET 2023 paper. Candidates will have two hours to complete the examination. The physics exam will be held on May 13. The exam will begin at 10 a.m. and end at 12 p.m. The GCET 2023 chemistry paper will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. The GCET math paper will be held on May 14 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.

| The aspirant must be a citizen of India.
Candidates who are NRI/OCI/PIO may apply for the NRI category. |
| Qualifying Marks –
Candidates must have passed the 12th intermediate or its equivalent test from a recognized board. |
| Age qualifications –
For Medicine, Dentistry, Homoeopathy, Ayurveda, Allied Health Science, B.V.Sc.&A.H., and Nursing, candidates must be 17 years old on or before December 31, 2023. Engineering and Pharmacy courses have no age restrictions. |
| Subjects you should have in 12th Standard / equivalent course –
In addition to Physics and Mathematics, candidates must have one of the following subjects: Chemistry, Bio-Technology, Biology, or Technical Vocational. |
GCET 2023 Application Fee
The GCET 2023 application fee will only be accepted online. The application cost for the Goa CET 2023 test would be INR 2000 for all candidates. In addition, the late charge for the application form will be INR 1500.
Steps to Fill GCET 2023 Application Form
The GCET 2023 application form is available online. To complete GCET 2023 Registration, candidates must submit personal information such as their name, father’s name, mother’s name, valid email address, and phone number. In order to fill out your GCET 2023 Application Form, follow the steps outlined below.
Step 1: Go to the GCET 2023 official website @goacet.in (The link is given below).
Step 2: Next, sign up on the homepage with your email address and password.
Step 3:Click on the verification link send to your registered email ID and fill out the GCET 2023 application form.
Step 4: Upload your photo and signature in the correct format and then select your subject options.
Step 5:Click submit option to go to the payment portal and pay the GCET 2023 application fee.
Step 6: After successfully completing the online payment procedure, choose a GCET 2023 exam center.
Step 7: Download your GCET application form.
Step 8: Take a printout of the GCET 2023 Application Form for future reference.
GCET 2023 Exam Pattern
The GCET 2023 exam pattern has been made available online by the authorities. The GCET 2023 will be a pen-and-paper exam. The GCET 2023 test pattern contains information on how the entrance examination will be administered. Exam method, duration, kind of questions, sections, marking scheme, and other information are provided below.
- Exam format: The GCET 2023 test will be held solely in an offline format, pen-paper.
- Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) will be included in the GCET 2023 exam.
- The exam will last two hours in order to complete the paper.
- Marking scheme: Candidates will receive one mark for each right answer.
- Negative Marking: No negative marking will be assigned.
- Total Questions: In the test, each paper will include 75 questions.

GCET 2023 Admit Card
The GCET 2023 Admit Card will be released a few days before the entrance exam. After completing the GCET 2023 registration procedure, successfully registered candidates will be able to get the GCET admit card 2023 through email. The GCET 2023 Hall Ticket will be emailed to all enrolled candidates, and no login credentials will be required. The GCET 2023 Admit Card will include information such as the exam date, time, location, and more.
GCET 2023 Result
The GCET 2023 Result will be released online provisionally on May 22 on the official website of DTE. The GCET result 2023 will reveal the total scores and ranks attained in the Goa CET entrance examination. Only eligible candidates who will clear the GCET 2023 Cut Off will be permitted to take part in the counseling process.
