In 2024, the results for Class 12 in Himachal Pradesh were revealed on April 29. The total pass percentage was 73.76%. A total of 85,777 students took the Himachal Pradesh board Class 12 exam, out of which 63,092 were successful. A total of 41 students appeared in the combined top ten merit list for Science, Arts, and Commerce streams. Among them, 30 were female students.

In 2023, the result for the HP Board 12th grade was announced on May 20. The total pass percentage for the Class 12th in Himachal Pradesh was 79.74%. A total of 105,369 students took the examination, with 83,418 students successfully passing. Tarnija Sharma was the highest scorer in the Arts stream, Ojaswini Upmanyu excelled in the Science stream, and Vrinda Thakur led in the Commerce stream.
