IISC Bangalore MDes Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates who have at least a second class Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology Design, or Architecture are qualified to submit their application.
- Applicants will only be selected for further consideration based on their GATE/CEED score. There won’t be a design aptitude test or interview round for the IISc Bangalore MDes program.

- Step 1: To begin the online application process, candidates need to create a new user account by registering on the IISc registration portal using their email address and a password. The email ID that is used for registration cannot be modified in the future. After the candidate fills out the registration form, they will be sent an email to confirm their email address by clicking a link. Once the email address has been confirmed, the registration process is finished.
- Step 2: Complete the Application Form: Afterwards, the applicant must access the IISc registration portal in order to complete the application form. The Application Form is split into four parts, each contained in its own tab.
