IIT Madras successfully concluded the JEE Advanced 2024 exam on May 26. The top 2.5 lakh candidates of JEE Mains appeared for the exam. JEE Advanced Cut off 2024
IIT Madras issued the JEE Advanced 2024 cut off on June 9, 2024, along with the declaration of the result. The JEE Advanced cut off is the minimum marks that candidates must score for inclusion in the rank list of JEE Advanced. Based on this cut off marks, IITs will call students for counselling and admission. With the rise in competition, the JEE Advanced cut off is also rising every year. This year too, the cut off has increased.
IIT JEE Adv Cut Off 2024
According to the official brochure, aspirants must receive at least 35% in the general category, 31.5% in OBC-NCL/EWS, and 17.5% in SC/ST/PwD to be eligible for JEE Advanced 2024. Students who will score the minimum qualifying marks in each subject and overall will be able to clear the JEE Advanced 2024 cut off. Only those candidates whose name appears in the JEE Advanced 2024 rank list will be eligible for the JoSAA counselling 2024.

Factors Determining JEE Advanced 2024 Cut off Marks
The conducting authority publishes two different kinds of cutoffs: admission cutoff and qualifying cutoff. The cut off varies annually and is dependent on multiple criteria. The following list of factors determines the JEE Advanced cut-off.

Minimum Marks in JEE Advanced 2024 Exam to Get IIT
In order to get entry into the esteemed Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) via the JEE Advanced examination, applicants must attain specific scores.
