Every year, the National Testing Agency administers the JEE Entrance Exam in two sessions. As per the previous trends, Session 1 is anticipated to be held in January 2025 whereas Session 2 will be held in April. JEE Mains serves as a starting point for undergraduate engineering programs (B.E./B.Tech.) at the National Institutes of Technology (NITs), Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IIITs), and other Centrally Funded Technical Institutions (CFTIs). As per the announcement, the National Testing Agency (NTA) released the JEE Main 2025 dates for the session 1 and session 2 Exam. The JEE 2025 for Session 1 will take place between January 22 and 31, 2025 in two shits. The JEE Mains morning shift is 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and the evening shift is 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. JEE Main 2025 Exam Pattern

This year, The NTA has made changes in the JEE Main 2025 exam pattern. As per the latest exam pattern of the JEE Mains, the numerical value questions will now not contain optional questions as it was before 2021. There will be now only 5 compulsory numerical questions as opposed to 10 with half optional. So the total number of questions has been reduced by 5 for all the exam papers (Paper 1, Paper 2A, and Paper 2B) but the number of compulsory questions remains the same.
