The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell has extended the MAH LLB CET 2025 registration deadline again. The State CET Cell has extended the MAH LLB CET 2025 registration date for both 3-year LLB program and the 5-year LLB program.

The MH CET law application form 2025 last date has been now moved to March 17, 2025 for 5-year LLB course while the MH CET law 2025 application form submission deadline for 3-year LLB program has been also extended to March 17, 2025.

The application fee for the MH CET law 2025 is Rs 1000 for general and EWS candidates, while it is Rs 800 for SC/ST/OBC candidates in both the 3-year LLB and 5-year LLB programs. Students who have not applied yet, should complete their application by the last date.

MH CET Law 2025 Exam

The MH CET Law 2025 exam for 3-year LLB will be conducted on May 3 and May 4 2025. The exam date for 5-year LLB is April 28, 2025.  The CET Cell Maharashtra has also published the MH CET Law 2025 3-year LLB course syllabus, which consists of four subjects: Legal Aptitude and Legal Reasoning, General Knowledge and Current Affairs, Logical and Analytical Reasoning, and English. The MH CET Law 2025 5-year LLB syllabus includes Legal Aptitude and Legal Reasoning, General Knowledge and Current Affairs, Logical and Analytical Reasoning, English, and Mathematics subjects.

The MH CET Law 3-year LLB registration 2025 last date is March 17, 2025. Students must complete their registration and submit their application form till this deadline. Students must complete their registration within the specified deadline as no more extensions are expected to be given to submit the application form. The CET Cell Maharashtra will organize MH CET Law 2025 in two distinct sessions for the 3-year LLB and the 5-year LLB programs.

Steps to Complete MH CET Law 2025 Application Form

The procedure for finishing Law CET registration 2025 can generally be categorized into three primary steps.

1. Registration

• Go to the official website – cetcell.mahacet.org
• Select “apply online”
• In the following window that opens, select new registration
• Provide essential information like your name, mobile number, birth date, and email address, then click submit.
• The username and password will be created.

2. Completing the MH CET law application form 2025

• Sign in using the registered email ID and password created during registration.
• Provide personal information including father’s name, mother’s name, religion, nationality, first language, family income, and marital status.
• Provide the details for the permanent address

• Then, provide the details of your educational qualifications for 10th, 12th, and graduation.

For 3 Year LLB Course

• Applicants must have completed (10+2)
• Candidates in the open category must achieve at least 45% in their qualifying examination.
• Candidates belonging to the SC / ST category must obtain 40% marks in their qualifying exam to be eligible for the MH CET Law 5-year LLB exam.
• Candidates from VJNT, SBC, and OBC categories must secure 42% marks in their qualifying examination to qualify for the MH CET Law 5-year LLB exam.
• Candidates appearing for the 2025 board exam are also eligible to apply

For 5 Year LLB Program

• Applicants must possess an undergraduate degree in any field.
• Candidates in the open category are required to have achieved at least 45% marks in their qualifying examination.
• Candidates belonging to the SC / ST category must score at least 40% in their qualifying exam to be eligible for the MH CET Law 3-year LLB exam.
• Candidates from VJNT, SBC, and OBC categories must achieve 42% marks in their qualifying exam to qualify for the MH CET Law 3-year LLB examination.
• Candidates who have finished their Class 10 or Class 12 or either through distance learning or correspondence are qualified for the MH CET Law 2025 3-year LLB.
• These candidates should have finished their elementary education (Class 1 to Class 9) at a conventional school linked to an accredited national or state board.
• Candidates in their final year of graduation are also eligible to apply

Note:

• Candidates who completed Class 10 and Class 12 through an open school or distance education but lacked regular primary education from Class 1 to 10 are not eligible for the MH CET Law.
• Candidates who have completed their fundamental regular education from Class 1 to Class 10 and Class 12 through an open college, university, or distance education are qualified to take the MH CET Law 2025 exam.
