MP NEET Counselling 2024
The MP NEET counselling 2024 process is currently ongoing for round 2. The registration edit facility for round-2 of MP NEET 2024 counselling by willing candidates through candidate login commenced on September 10, 2024. According to the official schedule, the last day to edit the application form for MP medical admission 2024 is September 11, 2024 up to 11:50 PM.
The Department of Medical Education (DME), Madhya Pradesh, is organizing the MP NEET counselling 2024 for the remaining 85% of the state quota seats. Candidates who are on the merit list for MP NEET 2024 counselling round-1 will be selecting their preferred seats for allocation now.
MP NEET UG 2024 Counselling Overview
Based on a variety of criteria, including reservation factors, availability of seats, and merit position, DME will assign seats. The official website, dme.mponline.gov.in, is where candidates must download the results of their seat allocation. The candidates whose seats have been reserved must show up in person for document verification.

The MP NEET UG 2024 Counselling merit list for round 1 was published on August 21, 2024. Candidates who are part of the merit list for MP NEET 2024 counseling round-1 had to make their seat selection preferences. MP NEET Counselling 2024 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates interested in joining the counseling for MP NEET 2024 must meet the eligibility criteria outlined by DME.
Age requirement: Applicants must have reached the age of 17 by the specified date set by the exam organization. There is no maximum age limit for the applicants.
Qualification: Candidate must have completed Class 12 or its equivalent with Physics, Biology, Chemistry, and English as main subjects.
Domicile: The applicant must have their permanent residence in the state of Madhya Pradesh. Individuals who have finished their formal schooling in a different state, but are not residents of MP, are also eligible to participate in MP NEET counselling.
MP NEET 2024 Counselling Rounds
The NEET Counselling for Madhya Pradesh in 2024 is going to be held in multiple rounds. There are scheduled to be a total of 4 counseling rounds for 85% state quota seats in MP: round 1, round 2, a mop-up round (if seats are still available), and college level counseling. 37 government and private MBBS & BDS colleges in Madhya Pradesh are set to take part in the MP NEET 2024 Counselling process accounting for more than 4000 MBBS seats.
MP NEET Counselling 2024 Seat Allotment Process
DME prepare the results for the MP NEET 2024 counseling based on the candidate’s merit position and the options they filled out. The seat allotment list is a more commonly recognized term for the MP NEET counseling 2024 result. A distinct seat allocation list will be made available by DME for each MP NEET 2024 counseling round. The second seat allotment will be out on September 20, 2024.
Those who have been given a seat and wish to use it must report to the relevant institute in order to have their documentation verified. They must provide the original certificates to the designated institute for verification, along with two attested copies. To ensure admittance, they must additionally deposit the tuition for the current year.
What after MP NEET Counselling Seat Allotment Result
After the release of the seat allotment list, all candidates who have been assigned seats are required to report to the designated colleges for admission and document verification. The round-by-round opening and closing ranks for the participating colleges will also be made public by DME, MP.
To be admitted to their desired college, candidates may also decline the allocated seat and take part in the subsequent MP NEET MBBS counseling session. The MCC would handle NEET 2024 Counseling for 15% AIQ Seats in MP MBBS/BDS Colleges.
DME MP NEET UG Counselling 2024 Document Verification
Candidates who have secured a seat and wish to retain it must go to their designated institute for document verification. Original certificates along with two attested copies must be brought to the allocated institute for verification. They will also be required to pay the tuition fee for the ongoing year in order to secure their admission.
