What is NCHMCT JEE?
The National Council of Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT JEE 2025) is a national-level entrance test for admission to undergraduate programmes in hotel and management. The exam is administered annually by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on behalf of the National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT).
Based on the NCHM JEE score, students get admitted to the B.Sc. (Hospitality & Hotel Administration) Programmes offered by NCHM & its affiliated institutions & colleges. There are around 21 central IHMs, 25 state IHMs, one PSU IHM, and 27 private IHMs that are affiliated with NCHMCT.

NCHMCT JEE 2025 Exam Date
The National Council of Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT JEE) exam is going to take place in the second week of May 2025. The NCHMCT JEE 2025 exam will be held in computer-based tests and will last 180 minutes. The paper will consist of a total of 200 questions which are entirely of multiple-choice questions.
The question paper into five categories: numerical ability and analytical aptitude, reasoning and logical deduction, general knowledge and current affairs, English language, and aptitude for the service sector. Students who intend to appear in the exam must start their preparation for the same in line with the Syllabus and question paper.

NCHMCT JEE Registration 2025

How to fill NCHMCT JEE 2025 Application form?
Follow the steps below to submit the NCHMCT JEE application hassle-free.
Step 1: Visit the official website of NTA NCHMCT JEE.
Step 2: Register for Online Registration using your own Email ID and Mobile No. and note down system-generated Application Numbers. Complete the Online Application
Form and note down the system-generated Application Number.
Step 3: Now again log in using the application number and password and start filling out the application.
Step 4: Fill out the NCHMCT JEE application form carefully with the required details such as an address, educational details, exam center details, and so on.
Step 3: Upload the legible scanned images of the prescribed documents.
Step 4: Pay the fee using Payment Gateway through a Credit Card / Debit Card (except Master/Visa Card) / Net-Banking / UPI / Wallet) and keep proof of fee paid.
Step 5: After successful payment of the application fee, the Confirmation Page of the Application Form, should be downloaded and a printout of the same may be retained for future reference.
It must be noted that The confirmation page of the online application form could be generated only after successful payment by the candidate. In case the confirmation page is not generated after payment of the prescribed Fee, then the candidate should approach the concerned Bank/Payment Gateway integrator.
Documents required in NCHMCT JEE Application
The following listed documents should be uploaded in the prescribed format and size while filling application form
- A recent photograph (in jpg file, size: 10Kb200Kb) either in color or black & white with 80% face (without mask) visible including ears against a white background.
- Candidate’s signature (file size: 4kb30kb in jpg file);
- PwD Certificate, if applicable (file size 50kb-300kb in PDF);
- Category Certificate, if applicable (file size: 50KB to 300KB)
NCHMCT JEE Application Fee
