Documents Required for NEET PG Form 2025
Candidates will need the following documents to successfully complete the NEET PG 2025 registration process.
- Class 10th mark sheet.
- Class 12th mark sheet
- Birth certificate.
- MBBS mark sheet and degree certificate.
- Internship completion certificate.
- Permanent/provisional registration certificate issued by MCI/ SMC.
- Left-hand thumb impression (optional, if required).
- Recent passport-size photograph (JPG/JPEG, max 80 KB).

NEET PG Application Form Fees 2025
The precise NEET PG 2025 application fee will be disclosed by NBE in conjunction with the brochure. Last year, the examination fee was lowered by INR 750. Previously, the fee was INR 4,250 for general candidates, while for SC and ST categories, it was 3,250.
Applicants can consult the table for the NEET PG application fee 2024 for every category. For the general category, the fee was INR 3,750 in 2013 and increased to INR 4,250 in 2021. NEET PG 2025 Application Form Eligibility
Prior to submitting their application for NEET PG 2025, candidates need to confirm they fulfill the eligibility requirements established by the NBEMS. The eligibility requirements for NEET PG are outlined as follows –

NEET PG Application Form 2025 Important Points
The important points regarding NEET PG 2025 application form that students must keep in mind has been listed below.
- The candidate may submit only a single online application. It should also be mentioned that after the application form is submitted, only certain specific details can be amended.
- Registration will only be regarded as complete once the fee has been settled. Otherwise, the application will be deemed cancelled.
- Applicants are not required to send the printed confirmation page to the NTA. Nevertheless, they need to keep it for later use.
- The mere deduction of fees from a bank account does not serve as proof of payment. The payment must be accompanied by a current fee, and the confirmation page serves as evidence of the successful payment and application form submission.
- Requests to change the quota category will not be considered once the application form has been submitted.
- It’s also wise to verify the NEET PG Eligibility Criteria before completing the application form. The application could be revoked if the candidate is deemed ineligible afterward.
- No refunds for the application fee will be issued after it has been submitted. Avoid delaying the payment of application fees until the final day.
- If an error occurs, the application will not be processed.
