NEET PG Exam is conducted for admission for MD, PG Diploma, MS and post MBBS DNB courses. The National Board of Examinations (NBE) is in charge of administering the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Post-Graduate courses exam.  They will publish the official Notification, as well as the NEET PG exam date 2025, registration starting date, any changes in eligibility, pattern, and other details, in its information bulletin. NEET PG 2025

The NEET PG Exam 2025 is tentatively scheduled for June 15, 2025, like in previous years. The NBE board will soon the confirmed dates of all events on the NBE’s official website at https://nbe.edu.in/. The NEET PG 2025 exam will be held in computer-based (CBT) format. Applicants can complete the exam form from the same website. they must first verify the eligibility criteria properly.  Candidates who have successfully registered will be eligible to download the NEET PG admit card 2025.

In a recent notice dated 05/12/24, Director C.K. Ramaswamy stated that the Post Graduate Medical Education Board (PGMEB), under the National Medical Commission (NMC), and the National Board of Examination in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) have discussed the NEET-PG examination 2025 and the internship completion date for eligibility. Based on information obtained from universities, it has been decided that the internship completion deadline will be kept at July 31, 2025, and the tentative NEET PG 2025 exam date will be June 15, 2025 and this is issued with the approval of the Competent Authority.

Step 1 Registration: Visit the official NEET PG 2025 website at natboard.edu.in.

Step 2 Login: So, log in by entering your personal, academic, and professional information.

Step 3: Document Upload: Include your scanned photo, signature, and medical registration certificate.

Step 4: Charge Payment: Pay the application fee with debit/credit cards or net banking.

• General/ OBC – INR 3,500
• SC/ST/PWD/PWD – INR 2,500

Step 5 Submission of Application Form: After cross-checking your information, submit your application.

Step 6 Download : Download the application pdf and save it to a secure folder.

NEET PG 2025 Eligibility

Candidates who wish to sit for the NEET PG 2025 Exam must meet the following requirements:

• Educational Requirements: The applicant must hold an MBBS degree or a provisional pass MBBS degree certificate from a recognized institution under the Indian Medical Council Act 1956. In addition to the MBBS degree, they need to have a permanent/provisional MBBS registration certificate.
• Medical Council Registration: The candidate must hold a valid registration issued by the MCI or the appropriate State Medical Council.
• Internship: A one-year internship must be completed by the designated time, which is normally in March, for any exam year.

NEET PG 2025 Pattern

NBE will issue the NEET PG 2025 pattern, along with the official booklet. The test pattern includes details regarding the exam such as the mode, medium, and total number of questions, type, and marking scheme. There will be negative markings (-1) in the exam.

NEET PG 2025 Syllabus

The NEET PG syllabus includes MBBS-related disciplines and themes. The course is divided into three sections: clinical, pre-clinical, and paraclinical. “The syllabus for the exam will consist of subject/knowledge area as per Graduate Medical Education Regulations provided by the erstwhile Medical Council of India with prior approval of the Govt of India,” according to the official advertisement.
