NIMCET 2025 Exam Qualifying Marks Requirement
Candidates who want to appear for the NIMCET exam in 2025 must satisfy the NIMCET qualifying marks criteria mentioned below.
- Candidates must obtain a minimum of 60% overall marks or a 6.5 CGPA on a 10-point scale in the qualifying examination.
- For candidates from SC/ST backgrounds, the minimum required marks should be 55% or a CGPA of 6.0 on a 10-point scale.
- Conversion of marks from CGPA to percentage and the other way around will not be allowed.
- The marks/CGPA percentage in the qualifying examination will be determined by the scores or grade points obtained in every subject studied throughout all years, including languages, optional subjects, and any additional subjects pursued.

NIMCET Eligibility Criteria 2025- Age Limit
Currently, the age limit criteria for the 2025 admission cycle has not been announced, so any changes in the notification will be provided shortly after it is published. Currently, according to last year’s cycle, there are no upper or lower age limits specified in the NIMCET eligibility requirements. Every candidate possessing the necessary educational qualifications is eligible to apply for the exam.
NIMCET Eligibility Criteria 2025- Nationality
Every candidate appearing for the NIMCET 2025 exam must have the Indian nationality. Currently, NIMCET does not allow foreign nationals of NRIs to sit for the entrance exam.

NIMCET Application Form 2025
Applicants can obtain the NIMCET 2025 Application Form in the second week of April 2025 (tentative). Applicants can register for the NIMCET exam through online means. The candidates will also be given a correction facility in the fourth week of April 2025.
Applicants must complete the application with information including personal details, academic background, contact information, and scanned images of their photographs and signatures. The application fee for candidates belonging to General and OBC categories is Rs.2500/-, while for SC/ST/PWD candidates it is Rs. 1250 rupees.
