Check the instructions below for a NIOS October exam duplicate mark sheet.

1. Students must download the specified Application Form to receive the Duplicate Marksheet from the official website.
2. Take a printout of the form.
3. Complete the form with the right information.
4. Fill in the bank draft number, amount, date, and name of the bank. Fill in your postal address where you would like to receive your marksheet. Fill in the date and signature fields on the NIOS application form.
5. The bottom of the second page of the application form shows 10 rupee stamp paper, which must be attested by a notary.
6. Send the completed mark sheet application form, 10 rupees stamp paper (attested by notary), a bank draft, a photocopy of your NIOS I-Card, and your Aadhar card to the address listed below via post.
