The Scientific Daily Routine for Students

Daily routines are an important part of our lives, which we never notice. Every student in his/her educational life tries to prepare a study routine that helps them prepare well for their exams. From ancient times, we have received numerous guidelines related to the several activities that we should include in our daily routine to make it better and effective. Hence, we have prepared a daily routine based on the scientific and ancient studies that can help any student excel in their study phase.

In this article, we have detailed the daily routine for students in 5 crucial parts so that they can understand its importance and implement it into their daily routine.

Part 1: Set the Foundation

Since ancient times, there has been a saying that whatever you dream or want to achieve, you must write it down on a sheet of paper as it will be visible to you every day during every activity and will always remind you of your dream. Checking on the ultimate goal will keep students motivated and will encourage them to work tirelessly to achieve it. In scientific terms, this whole concept is termed as the “law of manifestation”.

Part 2: Secret Morning Routine

The daily timings of students waking up might differ based on their comfort levels. Although the timings of the students waking up in the morning don’t really matter, the thing that matters the most is what we are doing after waking up. As per our study and research, the morning routine of every student might contain the following steps mentioned below:

Step 1: Students must rub their hands and place them on their eyes, as it activates the acupressure points in our eyes and brain, making them active and ready for the daily activities

Step 2: Plan and write down your daily routine on a piece of paper in the start of the day

Step 3: The third most important step that every student needs to do after waking up is to bring some positive thoughts into your mind to give a positive start to the day.

Part 3: Karma Yoga

Every hour and every minute of our day is an event that needs to be planned and followed by students in a manner that brings meaning to their life. Therefore, it is important for every student to plan and execute every moment of their day to bring meaning to it.

Most of the time students think or are guided to study the whole day with the aim to cover the complete syllabus in a single day. Although this is not the perfect practice as it may lead to over exertion of the student’s mind and won’t benefit in any scenario.

In simple terms we want to convey that students must follow the “focused work” approach as if you’re studying for an hour make sure that you are fully focused in every minute to ensure that whatever you are reading you understand every bit of it.

Part 4: Evening Routine

Like every machinery our brain also needs rest hence it is suggested that students must ensure that they are getting proper rest and studying with fresh minds. Before studying, students should take a rest of minimum 1 hour to give their brain a fresh restart so that whatever they are studying will be remembered for long durations.

Part 5: Night Routine

After completing the whole day students should also focus on their night routine as there are multiple steps and things that a student needs to note and follow to give their mind a peaceful and relaxing sleep.

Step 1: Don’t use mobile phones or any digital device a minimum of 30 minutes before the exam. All the digital devices and their screens share blue rays that affect the student’s mind and will activate their mind affecting their sleep timer.

Step 2: It is suggested that the students must ensure that they had their last meal a minimum of 3 hours before sleep time. For example if a student sleeps at 9 then he /she must have had dinner by 6 pm.

Step 3: The third and most important step that every student needs to follow is “the task checking”. Students must go through and verify that all the tasks that they mentioned in the note made in the early morning are completed. By marking all the completed tasks students will feel good and confident to repeat the same from the very next day.
