The SET Exam 2024 application process has officially started with the release of the detailed SET Exam 2024 notification. The Symbiosis International (Deemed) University administers the Symbiosis Entrance Test (SET) for applicants for admission into various Symbiosis institutes. Admission to undergraduate programs in management, law, engineering, economics, mass communication, computer studies, and liberal arts is facilitated by the SET exam.

Earlier, the score of the SET exam was used for admission to the B.Sc. Culinary Arts degree as well, but it was discontinued in 2021 for this particular course. There won’t be an offline application process for the SET exam 2024, so, candidates will have to complete and submit their application form and application fee online through the official website.

SET Exam 2024 Overview

The SET exam is also known as the SET General exam. Apart from the SET general exam, SLAT and SITEE exam are conducted for law courses and engineering courses respectively by the Symbiosis International University. The overview of the SET 2024 exam is given below.

The official exam schedule for the Symbiosis SET Exam 2024 has been released. The SET exam 2024 dates is available on the official website. As per the official schedule, the SET exam 2024 will be held on two different days. The SET 2024 test paper 1 will be conducted on 5 May 2024 while the SET 2024 test paper 2 will be held on 11 May 2024. The examination will be held for 1 hour duration. The Symbiosis International University (SIU) has started the SET 2024 application form process on its official website. The SET 2024 application form registration has started from December 13, 2023. SET Exam 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates who want to apply for the SET exam will have to fulfill the eligibility criteria laid out by the Symbiosis International University. The eligibility criteria for different courses offered through the SET exam 2024 is given below.

• Candidates must have passed Standard XII (10+2) or equivalent examination from any recognized board OR equivalent government approved diploma (10+3) from a recognized educational institution
• Candidates must have obtained at least 50% marks (45% marks for Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes) in the qualifying exam.
• For B. Des, Candidates who are appearing 12th or last year diploma examination are also eligible to apply.
• All international students applying to the BBA program do so through Symbiosis International University’s Symbiosis Centre for International Education (SCIE).
• Applicants who are in class 12 or who are waiting on their results can still apply, but they must provide proof of passing.
