Enter your mobile number and email ID and click on the option of Send OTP. Enter the OTP sent on your mobile number and email id to complete the process of opening account.
Enter personal information carefully and click on the option of registration. Your UPMSP account will be created.

After login, a total of 10 different services will appear on the screen from which you have to choose the option to issue your amendment certificate
