WBJEE JELET Result Tie-Breaking Rule

During situations when two or more candidates score equal marks, the JELET 2024 Tie-Breaking criteria will be taken into account as outlined below-

• Initially, the candidate with the fewest negative marks in total will be chosen.
• Candidates who achieve the highest total score in Engineering Mechanics and Strength of Materials will be prioritized next.
• If the tie still persists, then candidates who have the least amount of negative marks in Engineering Mechanics and Strength of Materials will be placed higher.
• In order to resolve a tie that still persists, the sum of positive marks in Engineering Mathematics, Electrical Technology, Computer Application, and Environmental Engineering will be considered.
• Finally, applicants with the lowest amount of negative marks in Engineering Mathematics, Electrical Technology, Computer Application, and Environmental Engineering will be reviewed.

What After WBJEE JELET Result 2024

After the declaration of the WBJEE JELET result 2024, candidates qualifying exam will be able to take part in the counselling process on the basis of merit list.
