XAT Result 2024 Cut-Off
After the announcement of the XAT result, the cut-off for the XAT colleges are also announced. The XAT 2024 cut-off is announced separately for each and every college. XLRI Jamshedpur announced the XAT cut off for its PGDM/MBA programs within a day or two from the announcement of the XAT official result.
The XAT 2024 cut-off is the minimum marks required to attend the admission process of the respective college. The expected cut-off for the XAT 2024 is given below for XLRI Jamshedpur and other colleges. It is to be noted that the marks of the GK section is not included to calculate the XAT scorecard and percentile.
Factors Affecting XAT Cut-Off 2024
XLRI takes a number of variables into account before announcing the XAT 2024 cutoff. The final XAT 2024 Cutoff is determined by analyzing many factors once the XAT results are revealed. The sectional and overall XAT cutoffs are determined by the following parameters.
Number of Seats Available: The number of seats that each institute offers for MBA and PGDM programs has an impact on the XAT sectional cutoff. More seats result in less demand and a lower cutoff, whereas fewer seats increase demand and raise the cutoff.
The Number of applicants: The number of applicants who apply and take the exam will determine the XAT Cutoff 2024. Less applications indicate less competition and a lower threshold, whereas more applications indicate more intense competition and a higher cutoff. Seat availability affects the XAT sectional cutoff.
Exam Difficulty Level: The cutoff point will probably be lowered if the XAT 2024 questions are more difficult. An important consideration when determining the XAT 2024 cutoff is difficulty level.
Reservation Policy: The number of seats set aside for various categories, such as SC, ST, OBC, EWS, PWD, etc., is taken into account by this factor. It affects the cutoff, your score, and the percentile. More seats for reserved categories and a later cutoff are associated with a higher reservation policy. On the other hand, fewer tickets for reserved categories and a higher cutoff result from a lower reservation policy.
Previous Years’ Cut-Off Trends: The previous years’ cut-off help students give students an idea about the current year cut-off. There is generally a cut-off deviation of 1 to 2 percentile every year. So by knowing the cut-off for the previous years, students can safely know the current year’s cut-off.
