SSC CGL Tier 1 Exam Pattern

The SSC CGL Tier-I exam is a computer-based test comprising 100 objective questions. It includes four sections: General Intelligence and Reasoning, General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, and English Comprehension. Each section carries 25 questions for 50 marks. Also, there is a negative marking of 0.50 mark for wrong answers.

SSC CGL Tier 2 Exam Pattern

The SSC CGL Tier-II exam is computer-based with three papers: Paper-I (Compulsory for all, covering quantitative aptitude, reasoning, and English), Paper-II (Statistics), and Paper-III (General Studies: Finance and Economics). Skill tests may apply for specific posts. 

Paper-I will take place in two sessions, Session-I and Session-II, on the same day and is mandatory for all candidates who qualify for it. Session-I will cover Section-I, Section-II, and Module-I of Section-III, while Session-II will focus on Module-II of Section-III. Candidates must qualify in all sections of Paper-I to proceed.
