Exams for which Tamil Language has been made Compulsory: தமிழகத்தில் டிசம்பர் 1, 2021 முதல் அரசு ஒரு அரசாணை வெளியிட்டது. இந்த அரசாணை தமிழகத்தில் தமிழ் மாநிலத்தை சேர்ந்தவருக்கே முன்னுரிமை வழங்குவதை உறுதி செய்துள்ளது. TNPSC மற்றும் TNTRB ஆணையங்கள் நடத்தும் பரீட்சைகளுக்கு, தமிழ் தாள் கட்டாயமாக்கப்படும். இந்த பரீட்சைகளை எழுத பயிற்சி செய்பவர்கள், தமிழ் மொழியை கட்டாயமாக படிக்கவேண்டும்.

அரசாணை வெளியிடப்பட்ட நாள் முதல் (டிசம்பர் 3, 2021) தமிழ்நாடு அரசுப் பணியாளர் தேர்வாணையத்தால் அறிவிக்கை செய்யப்படும் அனைத்துப் போட்டித் தேர்வுகளுக்கும் தமிழ் மொழித் தாள் கட்டாயமாக்கப்படும் என்றும் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
டி.என்.பி.எஸ்.சி தேர்வுகளில் இனி தமிழ் மொழி தேர்வு கட்டாயம் என்று அறிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. அதன் பாடத் திட்டங்கள், விதிகள், ஒவ்வொரு தேர்வுக்குமான நெறிமுறைகள் உள்ளிட்டவற்றை இந்த பதிவில் பார்க்கலாம்.
தமிழ்நாடு அரசுப் பணியாளர் தேர்வாணையத்தினைப் பொருத்த வரையில், கட்டாயத் தமிழ் மொழித் தேர்வு அனைத்து போட்டித் தேர்வுகளிலும் பின்வரும் வழிவகைகளில் நடத்தப்படும்
• தமிழ் மொழித் தகுதித் தாள் (Qualifying Paper), தேர்வர்கள் அனைவருக்கும் கட்டாயமாக்கப்படுகிறது.
• தமிழ் மொழித் தகுதித் தேர்வுக்கான பாடத்திட்டம் பத்தாம் வகுப்புத் தரத்தில் நிர்ணயம் செய்யப்படுகிறது.
• மேற்கண்டவாறு நடத்தப்படும் கட்டாய தமிழ்மொழித் தாளில் குறைந்தபட்சம் 40 சதவீத மதிப்பெண் தேர்ச்சி (Minimum Qualifying Marks) கட்டாயமாக்கப்படுகிறது. தகுதித் தாளில் தேர்ச்சி பெறாதவர்களின் இதர போட்டித் தேர்வுத்தாள் / தாட்கள் மதிப்பீடு செய்யப்படமாட்டாது.

TNPSC Tamil Language Compulsory Paper Group 1,1A,1B,1C, Group2/2A Pattern|
• தமிழ்நாடு அரசுப் பணியாளர் தேர்வாணையத்தால் நடத்தப்படுகின்ற முதனிலை (Preliminary Examination) மற்றும் முதன்மை எழுத்துத் தேர்வு (Main Written Examination) என இரண்டு நிலைகளைக் (Two stages of Examination) கொண்டதாக உள்ள தொகுதி I,IA,IB,IC, II மற்றும் IIA ஆகிய அனைத்துப் போட்டித் தேர்வுகளிலும் தமிழ் மொழி தகுதித் தேர்வானது. முதன்மைத் தேர்வுடன் (Main Written Examination) விரிந்துரைக்கும் வகையிலான (Descriptive Type) தேர்வாக அமைக்கப்படும்.
• மேற்படி முதன்மை எழுத்துத் தேர்வானது, மொழிபெயர்த்தல், சுருக்கி வரைதல், பொருள் உணர்திறன், சுருக்கக் குறிப்பிலிருந்து விரிவாக்கம் செய்தல், கடிதம் வரைதல் (அலுவல் சார்ந்தது) மற்றும் கட்டுரை வரைதல் உள்ளிட்ட தலைப்புகள் கொண்டதாக நடத்தப்படும்.
• இத்தேர்வு 100 மதிப்பெண்கள் கொண்டதாக அமைக்கப்படும். இத்தகுதித்தாளில் (Qualifying Paper) குறைந்தபட்சம் 40 சதவீத மதிப்பெண் தேர்ச்சி (Minimum Qualifying marks) பெற்றால் மட்டுமே முதன்மை எழுத்துத் தேர்வின் (Main Written Examination) இதர போட்டித் தேர்வுத்தாள் / தாள்கள் மதிப்பீடு செய்யப்படும்.
TNPSC Tamil Language Compulsory Paper Group IV,III,VII B,VIII (Single stage Examination) Pattern
• தற்போது நடைமுறையிலுள்ள பொதுத்தமிழ் / பொது ஆங்கிலம் உள்ள நேர்வுகளில், பொது ஆங்கிலத்தாள் நீக்கப்பட்டு, பொது தமிழ்மொழித் தாள் மட்டுமே மதிப்பீட்டுத் தேர்வாக அமைக்கப்படும்.
• அதாவது, தொகுதி III, IV போன்ற ஒரே நிலை கொண்ட (Single stage Examination) தேர்வுகளுக்கு, தமிழ்மொழித் தாளானது, தகுதி மற்றும் மதிப்பீட்டுத் தேர்வாக (Tamil Eligibility – Cum – Scoring Test) நடத்தப்படும். இத்தமிழ்மொழித் தகுதி மற்றும் மதிப்பீட்டுத் தேர்வானது 150 மதிப்பெண்களுக்கு பகுதி -அ என கொள்குறி வகையில் (Objective Type)அமைக்கப்படும்.
• பொது அறிவு. திறனறிவு (Aptitude) . மனக்கணக்கு நுண்ணறிவு (Mental Ability) ஆகிய பாடத்திட்டங்கள் 150 மதிப்பெண்களுக்கு பகுதி – ஆ என கொள்குறி வகையில் (Objective Type) நடத்தப்படும்.
• பகுதி அ- வில் குறைந்தப்பட்சம் 40 சதவீத மதிப்பெண் தேர்ச்சி (Minimum Qualifying Marks) பெற்றால் மட்டுமே பகுதி ஆ- வில் எழுதிய தேர்வுத்தாளும்/ இதர தாட்களும் மதிப்பீடு செய்யப்படும்.
• இவ்விரண்டு பகுதிகளின் (பகுதி அ மற்றும் ஆ) அனைத்துத் தாட்களின் மொத்த மதிப்பெண்களும் தரவரிசைப் பட்டியலுக்கு எடுத்துக் கொள்ளப்படும்.

மாநில அரசு நடத்தும் அனைத்துப் போட்டித் தேர்வுகளுக்கும், இனி தமிழ் மொழித் தாள் கட்டாயமாக்கப்படும், மேலும் தமிழ் பாடத்தில் தேர்ச்சி பெறுவதே தமிழ்நாடு அரசுப் பணிகளிலும், அரசு நடத்தும் பொதுத்துறை நிறுவனங்களிலும் சேருவதற்கான அடிப்படைத் தகுதி விதியாகும்.
அரசாங்க உத்தரவின்படி, TNPSC குரூப்-I, II மற்றும் IIA தேர்வுகளுக்கு, இரண்டு அல்லது அதற்கு மேற்பட்ட தேர்வு நிலைகள் கொண்ட தேர்வில், முதன்மைத் தேர்வில் தமிழ் கட்டாயத் தாளாக ஆக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. விண்ணப்பதாரர்கள் தமிழ் தாளில் 40 சதவீத மதிப்பெண்களுடன் தேர்ச்சி பெற வேண்டும், மேலும் தமிழ் தாளில் தேர்ச்சி பெற்ற பிறகே, முதன்மைத் தேர்வில் மற்ற பாடங்கள் மதிப்பீடு செய்யப்படும். இருப்பினும், குரூப்-I, II மற்றும் IIA தேர்வுகளுக்கான முதற்கட்டத் தேர்வுகளில் எந்த மாற்றமும் இல்லை.
குரூப்-III மற்றும் IV தேர்வுகள் போன்ற ஒற்றை நிலை மட்டும் கொண்ட தேர்வுகளில், ‘பொது ஆங்கிலம்’ தாள் நீக்கப்பட்டு, அனைத்துத் தேர்வர்களுக்கும் ‘பொது தமிழ்’ மட்டுமே கட்டாயமாக்கப்படுவதால், முதல்நிலைத் தேர்வில் தமிழ்த் தாள் கட்டாயமாக்கப்படும். ‘பொதுத்தமிழ்’ தாளில் தேர்ச்சி பெற்ற பின்னரே,மற்ற தாள்கள் மதிப்பீடு செய்யப்படும்.
ஆசிரியர் ஆட்சேர்ப்பு வாரியம் (TRB), மருத்துவ சேவைகள் ஆட்சேர்ப்பு வாரியம், தமிழ்நாடு சீருடைப் பணியாளர்கள் ஆட்சேர்ப்பு வாரியம் (TNUSRB), தமிழ்நாடு வன சீருடைப் பணியாளர்கள் ஆட்சேர்ப்புக் குழு போன்ற பிற ஆட்சேர்ப்பு நிறுவனங்களுக்கும் இதே விதிகள் பொருந்தும். அந்தந்த ஆட்சேர்ப்பு ஆணையங்கள், அவை நடத்தும் ஒவ்வொரு தேர்வுக்கும், தனித்தனி வழிகாட்டுதல்களை வெளியிடும்.

TNPSC Tamil Compulsory Paper Exam Pattern
TNPSC பழைய தேர்வு முறைகள் மற்றும் புதிய தேர்வு முறைகள் குறித்து அறிவிப்பு ஒன்றை வெளியிட்டுள்ளது. குரூப் 1, குரூப் 2/2A, குரூப் 4, VAO என பல்வேறு தேர்வுகளின் தேர்வு முறைகள் கீழே பட்டியியலிடப்பட்டுள்ளன.
