Madras High Court Recruitment 2022 Eligibility Criteria

• மேலே அறிவிக்கப்பட்ட பதவிக்கு விண்ணப்பிக்கும் விண்ணப்பதாரர் அவசியம் தமிழ் படிக்க, எழுத மற்றும் பேச தெரிந்திருக்க வேண்டும்.
• விண்ணப்பதாரர் அங்கீகரிக்கப்பட்ட பல்கலைக்கழகத்தில் இளங்கலை பட்டம் பெற்றிருக்க வேண்டும் மற்றும் திறன், நேர்மை மற்றும் நிலைப்பாட்டை கொண்டவராக இருக்க வேண்டும், மேலும் பல்வேறு அமர்வுகளில் பதினைந்து ஆண்டுகளுக்கு குறையாத சிறப்பு அறிவு மற்றும் தொழில்முறை அனுபவம் பெற்றிருக்க வேண்டும்.

ரூ.1,000/-க்கான டிமாண்ட் டிராப்ட் (ரூபாய் ஆயிரம் மட்டும்) ‘The Registrar General, High Court, Madras’ என்ற பெயரில் எடுக்கப்பட்டு விண்ணப்பத்துடன் இணைக்கப்படும்.

விண்ணப்பத்தைச் சமர்ப்பித்த பிறகு, விண்ணப்பதாரர் உருவாக்கப்பட்ட ‘சலான்’ அச்சிடலை எடுத்து, இந்தியன் வங்கியின் எந்தக் கிளையிலும், கட்டணம் செலுத்துவதற்கு நிர்ணயிக்கப்பட்ட கடைசித் தேதிக்கு முன்பாக, “இந்தியன் வங்கி” விதிக்கும் சேவைக் கட்டணங்களுடன் தேவையான கட்டணங்களைச் செலுத்த வேண்டும்.

விண்ணப்பதாரர்கள் பரிந்துரைக்கப்பட்ட விண்ணப்பப் படிவத்தை “http://www.consumer.tn.gov.in” அல்லது https://www.scdrc.tn.gov.in அல்லது “https://www.mhc.tn” இலிருந்து பதிவிறக்கம் செய்ய வேண்டும். .gov.in” முறையாகப் பூர்த்தி செய்யப்பட்ட விண்ணப்பம் அவர்களின் அனைத்துச் சான்றுகளுடன் (சுய சான்றொப்பமிடப்பட்ட) பதிவுசெய்யப்பட்ட போஸ்டனில் சமர்ப்பிக்கப்பட வேண்டும் அல்லது 31.07.2022 மாலை 05.45 மணிக்குள்:- “பதிவாளர் (ஆட்சேர்ப்பு), நீதித்துறை ஆட்சேர்ப்பு பிரிவு, உயர் நீதிமன்றம் சென்னை, சென்னை – 600104”

Madras High Court Recruitment 2022 Selection Process

• தேர்வுக் குழுவால் நடத்தப்படும் விவா வாய்ஸில் உள்ள விண்ணப்பதாரர்களின் செயல்திறன், அவர்களின் தகுதி, கடந்தகால செயல்திறன் பதிவு, நேர்மை மற்றும் தீர்ப்பு அனுபவம் ஆகியவற்றின் அடிப்படையில் தகுதியின் அடிப்படையில் தேர்வு செய்யப்படும்.
• எழுத்துத் தேர்வில் 75 மல்டிபிள் சாய்ஸ் அப்ஜெக்டிவ் வகை கேள்விகள் உள்ளன. 1:5 என்ற விகிதத்தில் எழுத்துத் தேர்வில் பெற்ற மதிப்பெண்கள் அல்லது தேர்வுக் குழுவால் தீர்மானிக்கப்படும் பிற விகிதத்தின் அடிப்படையில் viva-voce வேட்பாளர்கள் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்படுவார்கள்.

• 1. The Consumer Protection Act, 2019
  2. Current Affairs / General Knowledge
  3. Aptitute test (Abstract Reasoning / Spatial Reasoning / Verbal Ability / Logical and Critical Reasoning / Visual Reasoning / Problem – solving abilities / Decision making and Judgment etc.)
• Viva-voce. (For 25 marks) (Minimum qualifying marks 8)

The candidates for viva-voce will be shortlisted based on the marks secured in the Written Examination in the ratio of 1:5 or such other ratio as may be determined by the Selection Committee. Such short listing will be done based on the marks obtained in the written examination, fulfillment of eligibility criteria, experience and achievements of the candidates, as stated by them, with proof, in their applications. The decision of the Selection Committee in this regard shall be final and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
The object of the viva-voce test is to assess the suitability of the candidate, for judging their mental alertness, general knowledge, clear and logical exposition, attitude, ethics, power of assimilation, power of communication, character, intellectual depth, his/her tact and ability to handle various situations in the Court / Administrative / Management Skills.

Certificate of Physical Fitness:-
The candidates selected for appointment to the above post, will be required to produce a Certificate of Physical Fitness as indicated in the Annexure-B.
