1.விண்ணப்பதாரர்கள் BE/ B. Tech (Computer Science/Computer/MCA Telecommunication) Electronics & & Communication/ Electronics/Electronics/ Engineering/ Information முடித்திருக்க வேண்டும்.

2.பவர் ஜெனரேஷன்/டிரான்ஸ்மிஷன்/ கிரிட் ஆபரேஷன்/டிஸ்ட்ரிபியூஷன் யூட்டிலிட்டிகள் அல்லது எர்ஜி யூட்டிலிட்டிகளில் மிட்/டாப் மேனேஜ்மென்ட் மட்டத்தில் IT/OT அமைப்புகளில் குறைந்தபட்சம் 03 வருட பணி அனுபவம் பெற்றிருக்க வேண்டும்.

NTRO Recruitment 2022 Selection Process:

மதிப்பீடு/தேர்வு அளவுகோல் 80:20 என்ற விகிதத்தில் தேர்வின் தரம் மற்றும் செலவு அடிப்படையிலான தேர்வு முறை (QCBS) அடிப்படையில் அமைந்துள்ளது (80% வெயிட்டேஜ் மற்றும் தரம், அதாவது தகுதி, திறன் தொகுப்பு, அனுபவம், தொழில் சான்றிதழ், நேர்காணலில் செயல்திறன் போன்றவை, & 20 % செலவில் அதாவது எதிர்பார்க்கப்படும் ஊதியம்).

16 லட்ச ரூபாய்க்கான தொடர்பு மதிப்புக்கான மாதாந்திர பேஅவுட் 3 வருடங்கள் மொத்தம்.

1.முதல் வருடத்திற்கு மாதம் ரூ 41333/-.
2.இரண்டாம் ஆண்டுக்கு மாதம் 44000/-.
