The AP TET Exam 2024 will be scheduled from 5 August 2024 to 20 August 2024 in online mode in 2 shifts on all days. The AP TET Shift 1 Timings are 9:30 am to 12 noon and the AP TET Shift 1 will be held from 2:30 pm to 5 pm. The candidates must reach the AP TET Exam Center 2024 at least two hours prior to the commencement of the exam. • AP TET Online Examination: The APTET 2024 will be conducted online in 24 districts of Andhra Pradesh, excluding the Manyam and ASR (Alluri SitaRamaRaju) districts. Candidates from Manyam and ASR districts will be allowed to choose examination Centers in nearby districts.
• Opting for AP TET Exam Centers: Candidates will have a window of time to opt for a specific district and session in the available Centers, which will be indicated on the website.
• First-Come-First-Serve Basis: The Examination Center will be closed based on the options exercised by candidates, and it will be on a first-come-first-serve basis. Once an examination centre is chosen, no changes will be allowed.
• Exhaustion of Session Capacity: If the session capacity of an AP TET Exam Center is exhausted, candidates will need to choose another date and session in an available district.
• Failure to Opt an Examination Center: If a candidate fails to choose an examination Center during the prescribed window, the department will allot an examination Center from the available Centers.
• Discretion of Department: The department has the discretion to allot examination Centers, and requests for changing examination centres or sessions are not allowed under any circumstances.
• Preference for PHC Candidates: Preference will be given to physically handicapped (PHC) candidates by accommodating them in the same district.
